Property info

Elegant and refined. Nestled in the historic center of Prague only 3 minutes from the famous dancing house. Luxurious and ideal for living Prague in the utmost comfort and relaxation, ideal for families with outside space. The apartment is on the historical building with a lift, furnished with elegance and refinement, renovated with quality materials, with large living areas and relaxation. The rooms are on the right side of the building, why the house is quiet but bright and offers maximum privacy. Large living area with sofa and TV embellished complements scenic, dining area with seating for 7-8 guests and a full kitchen and equipped. Bathroom with bath and toilet, and 1 toilet separate. In the building are 2 balconies, can be good for smoking guest. In the building is also a small grocery shop. For our guest, we have a private driver.

Neighborhood info

The New Town is an ideal area to stay in. It has an intriguing history, but is graced with more modern hotels and amenities than elsewhere in the city. It also has excellent metro and tram connections. And as Prague is a compact city, walking from the New Town to the Old Town or Lesser Town is easy. Indeed Wenceslas Square is only 10 minutes from the Centrum Apartments Pstrossova. Only 2 minutes walk distance from our apartment you can come to" U Fleku Beer Hall, Restaurant & Brewery", most popular place to visit. Dancing House (Tančící dům) is set in a fine location by the Vltava River in Prague. You can reach there only 3 minutes walk distance from our apartment.Its design is unique, and especially striking in the city centre because it is a modern building surrounded by historic architecture
